Sam replaced our hardwood flooring and sub floor in our powder room due to a water leak! Although it was not a big job, it took dedication and attention to detail. This job required skill as well as patience to put together a challenging puzzle. We could not be more pleased. We had a difficult time finding anyone who was interested, so finding him so willing to take on the job was a godsend! He was meticulous, professional, and efficient.
